Returns & Refunds
At WintraRacing, we aim to ensure you feel confident in your purchase. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind and full support should you need to return a product.
WintraRacing may offer a 14-day return period on selected products for change-of-mind returns, subject to the conditions outlined. This policy is separate from and in addition to any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Please note, If an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the damage. We will assess the issue and work with the relevant courier to resolve the matter in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original, sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (sales receipt). A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns of unused items. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. This fee does not apply where a customer is entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Custom or made-to-order items are specifically manufactured or sourced for the customer and cannot be returned due to a change of mind once production or procurement has commenced. This does not affect any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days for a potential exchange. If the item is confirmed faulty, we will arrange either an exchange or a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@WintraRacing.com. Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Confirmation along with the return address. Upon receipt of the returned item, WintraRacing will inspect it. If a product is found to have a fault or does not comply with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a remedy as required by law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund. If the return is not accepted, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping or handling costs to return the item.
