Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all products purchased from Wintraracing comply with local, state, and national laws regarding the legality of their vehicle. Products sold by Wintraracing may not be legal for street use.

Wintraracing is not responsible for the installation or modification of any products. The buyer must ensure that a qualified professional installer handles installation to achieve the best fitment and results. Wintraracing is not liable for any costs incurred during preparation, installation, or modifications, even if the product is found to be defective.

If you receive a defective product, please notify Wintraracing immediately. A non-defective replacement will be issued if the product is confirmed to be faulty, but please be aware that there may be a waiting period for stock availability.

Installation of Products

At Wintraracing, we recommend that all products be installed by a professional to ensure the best fit, performance, and safety. While we strive for high-quality fitment, we do not guarantee OEM-level fitment unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Due to the variety of vehicles and the unique conditions each one may have (including age, previous repairs, environmental factors, and more), some products may require adjustments or modifications for optimal fitment. This is particularly true for aftermarket parts, which may not align exactly as OEM components would.

For products made from materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, or similar, modifications may be necessary to match the aesthetic and structural needs of your vehicle.

Please note that Wintraracing is not responsible for product installation. We strongly recommend working with a certified mechanic or experienced installer to ensure proper installation and performance.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Please ensure that you provide us with a description and any supporting images of the defect for a quicker resolution.

Warranty

Wintraracing offers a 30-day warranty on our products against manufacturing defects. To qualify for the warranty, the product must be professionally installed, and proof of installation (e.g., receipt from a certified mechanic or installer) is required. Additionally, a valid proof of purchase (sales receipt) must be provided.

Returns and Refunds

At Wintraracing, we aim to ensure you feel confident in your purchase. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind and full support should you need to return a product.

Wintraracing offers a 14-day return guarantee on selected products, unless the item is defective or the return is due to a change of mind. Please note, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that are damaged or faulty due to third-party couriers during transit. In the event of a damaged item, please contact the courier directly.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original, sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (sales receipt). A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns of unused items. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed. These items are specifically manufactured for you and, as per Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and international consumer regulations, we are not obligated to offer refunds or exchanges for these items in the case of a change of mind, change in circumstance, or delays outside of our control.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days for a potential exchange. If the item is confirmed faulty, we will arrange either an exchange or a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@Wintraracing.com . Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Confirmation along with the return address. Upon receipt of the returned item, Wintraracing will inspect it. If the product is deemed defective or incorrectly supplied, we will offer an exchange (subject to availability). If the return is not accepted, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping or handling costs to return the item.
